HOW TO ORDER
01 • Choose
Pick a premade item from the shop, or tell us what you want customized.
02 • Details
Provide your design idea, names/wording, colors, sizes, quantity and date needed.
03 • Pay
A 50% deposit is required before a custom order is started. We'll confirm your order details with you.
04 • Approve
For custom work, we'll send a mockup for approval before making anything.
05 • Production
Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days. Rush orders may require an extra fee.
06 • Pickup / Ship
We'll notify you when your order is ready. Tracking is available for shipped orders upon request.
OUR POLICIES
Your spot on the work list is reserved once payment is received.
A 50% deposit is required to start custom orders.
Orders should be picked up within 5 days after notification unless another arrangement is made.
All sales are final. Contact us within 48 hours with any order issues.
Typical production time is 3–5 business days; timing may vary based on demand.
Once an item is shipped, shipping-carrier issues are outside the business's control. Please contact USPS or UPS for carrier concerns.
Tracking information is available for shipped orders upon request.
Respect is required. Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
